A leadership development company needed to transform their paper-based team assessment process. Assessments took weeks to distribute, collect, and compile manually. By the time results reached leaders, they were often stale and disconnected from the team's current dynamics.

The existing workflow created friction at every step: printing forms, mailing packets, chasing responses, and manually entering data into spreadsheets. Leaders wanted insights, not logistics.

We built a full-stack web application that digitizes the entire assessment workflow from creation to results. Leaders create assessments with a few clicks, team members respond on any device, and results compile automatically with visual breakdowns and trend tracking.

The platform features real-time dashboards that update as responses come in, giving leaders immediate visibility into team dynamics. We implemented multi-team comparison analytics so organizations can benchmark across departments and track improvement over time.
